When appointing a builder can be an exhaustive process which it was for us. When work commenced from day one and throughout the whole process you turned up on time and if there was a delay you were quite clear.
In terms of the work it was completed to a very high standard and other people involved such as the architect to the surveyors and building control speak very highly of you and rightly so.
As the work unfolded you showed how knowledgeable and multiskilled you are which is important and more so your ability to future proof any problems such as drainage issue we had on the job. As well as that aesthetically the anomalies we would have had further down the project you quickly identified and put right.

Eric was on site every day, importantly he stayed the full day and we had consistent progress throughout the entire build. Eric provided realistic timescales which he stuck to. Each week, he also discussed with us the plan for the work that needed completing that week.
At the end of every day the site was cleaned and there really was minimal dust or disruption as they built new walls and took down existing walls. Eric was always a step ahead with planning and completing the build. He dealt with other trades including electrician and plumbers. He also handled the buildings regulations officer from the council.
We are delighted with the build and the aggreged price never changed from the starting quote. The whole process was very easy. We would definitely use Eric again for any future work. We have already recommended Eric to friends we know who are looking for an extension putting on their house.
